Health Coaching is a unique client centered approach focused on creating lasting healthy lifestyle changes. Our Health Coach will work with you to create an individualized health coaching plan, set achievable weekly goals, and provides support, accountability, guidance & coaching to empower you to create healthy changes and work toward overall wellness.

Heather L. Beatty is an ACE Certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer with a Master of Science degree in Nutrition & Functional Medicine from the University of Western States.
